We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers.


We ship worldwide. Please contact us directly at support@salunabis.com if you have doubts about the legal status of CBD in your region.


At present, our products are only available online.


Standard Delivery to the EU, UK, Switzerland, the USA and Canada: Approximately 5-7 business days. Outside of these regions delivery times may vary. 


All orders ship within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


We will forward you a tracking number so you can keep track of your delivery. You can access all of your order information in your Salunabis account. Should you experience any problems tracking your order, please contact us at support@salunabis.com with your order number and tracking number, if possible.

RETURN POLICY


We offer refunds for all products returned within 30 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact us at support@salunabis.com. If your original payment method was a Salunabis Gift Card, you will receive a replacement gift card by email when your return is processed. We do not offer refunds on sale or promotional items. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.


If an item has been damaged in transit, Salunabis will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item.
